How it works

There are a few ways in which we can assist you with the planning of your event:

We can

* plan your entire event, from aqcuiring a venue to decorating the tables;

* use your preferred providers and make arrangements on your behalf;

* only arrange the parts of your event that you find daunting;

* manage your event on-the-day only;

* assist you with finalising your event a month before; and

* assist you with getting your ideas in order if you want to plan the event yourself but don't know where to start.

Who we are

Effortless Events strives to make your event a memorable one, entertaining your guests in a way that they will appreciate while taking the pressure off your shoulders.

For us, a very important part of an event is that it turns out to be exactly what you wanted. In addition to that, we also aim to surpass your expectations because we understand what makes an event a successful one.

Your event coordinator is Somarié de Kock. She has a passion for people and it is her mission in life to understand what people want and to make things happen!
